Sales associate Nancy Englebrecht was recently honored with the President’s Club designation, according to Coldwell Banker Newport Beach Branch manager Louise Winders.

Englebrecht started her real estate career in 1988 with Colesworthy Real Estate in Eastbluff.  Prior to entering the real estate industry, she taught reading in the Garden Grove District.

Throughout her 13 years in real estate, Englebrecht has received many awards and accolades, including Salesperson of the Year and Top Ten Salesperson.  She specializes in working with buyers in Costa Mesa, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Corona del Mar and Newport Beach.

“I am especially excited about the new Concierge Service available to all Coldwell Banker clients,” said Englebrecht.  “This service will enable all buyers and sellers to make the transition period of moving simple.”

The native Southern Californian is very knowledgeable of the local area.  She resides in Harbor Cove with her husband, Roy, and their two children, Allison and Drew, who have both graduated from Corona del Mar High School.
